Below is the procedure to collect support materials:
1. Login to control station using putty or terminal

3. [nasadmin@ tools]$ ./collect_support_materials
4. [nasadmin@ ~]$ cd /nas/var/emcsupport (location where the support materials are collected)
5. [nasadmin@ emcsupport]$ ll
Attach the latest set of support materials to the service request.

Please run the below command to restart isi_esrs_d and isi_rsapi_d:​

After 30 sec run the below:

# isi services -a isi_rsapi_d enable


and check #isi esrs view if gateway connectivity  is showing as connected, if not then try the below:

# isi esrs modify --enabled=true --primary-esrs-gateway=x.x.x.x  --gateway-access-pools=x.x --username < customer's support site account> ​

and then check  gateway Connectivity   status and share the output of the above.​
